Real Estate Agent
"I strive to be my clients' Trusted Real Estate Advisor even long after a transaction is completed. I understand that selling and/or buying real estate is complex and very personal, with much at stake financially. I am determined to provide exceptional service, communication, and integrity in all my transactions while bringing a little fun into the mix!"

Cheryl was born and raised in Northern Ontario, Canada, and immigrated to the United States in 1994. She was drawn initially to the east coast of Florida as a Physical Therapist and instantly fell in love with the climate and lifestyle. Cheryl has lived in Martin County for almost 23 years now and has raised her two daughters here with her husband. Her husband Ken, is a Board Certified Real Estate Attorney and works locally. Her eldest daughter graduated from UF as an Engineer and is now commissioned as a Navy Officer. Her youngest daughter graduated from Martin County HS and is completing a 4-year degree soon from UF.

Cheryl’s love of real estate kicked off when she and her husband bought a vacant lot in Martin County and designed and built their first home together. Since then, she has developed a passion for interior design and architecture and is frequently asked by friends and family for design and remodeling advice. This love of real estate and encouragement from her husband to join the industry led to a career change from healthcare to real estate.

Prior to real estate, Cheryl earned her Master's and Doctorate in Physical Therapy where she developed extensive experience in patient care, management, and leadership. She was active in her State Professional Association and served multiple terms in leadership roles. Since becoming a Real Estate Agent, she is also involved in her local Board.

Cheryl is active in the community volunteering and has been the Head Coach of the local competitive synchronized swimming team for over 15 years. Prior to coaching, she was a competitive synchronized swimmer herself and was MVP of her varsity college team. She earned National Developmental Coach of the Year in 2016 and South Zone Coach of the Year in 2019.

Cheryl’s strong work ethic, organizational skills, and eye for property potential make her an ideal Real Estate Agent. She is thorough and thoughtful, and with her vast experience working with both senior citizens and youth she has the tools and understanding to exceed the needs of both buyers and sellers alike.
